UPDATED 05/16/2023: The last wave of homes in Movado Greens is gaining traction and we’re excited to see this last streetscape coming together! Blackrock Homes is dialing in the construction schedules for these last 5 two-story homes, as activity and interest increases along Matisse Street and Sportivo Drive. While not clearly visible from the curbside, a closer inspection of the backyards of lots 56, 57, 58 reveals broader property lines, with the homesites fanning out at the back.
Blackrock sincerely appreciates the interest these last remaining homes has generated, and in an effort to offer everyone an opportunity to purchase one of these homes, they have elected to wait until each home is move-in ready before uploading the listing on MLS and making available for sale.
