How fast time flies! If you’re like me, you love the idea of fresh starts and pausing each January to reflect on what matters most to you. Or checking in on past resolutions with grace and kindness to your present self, knowing that you tried. But as we take inventory and visualize the coming year, it seems there is something powerful behind hand-written goals.
We began working in Movado Greens in summer of 2018. In our early projections, our goal was to sell four homes a month. We are truly humbled that amid a flexing Boise market, the Covid era, and interest rates trending upwards, we’re only a few percentage points off that mark.

Movado Greens’ Urban Series floor plans, paired with low maintenance living, great amenities, proximity, and moderate price range, appeal to a large cross-section of homebuyers. Going a little deeper, it seems the energy of the community has attracted one another. We have had the privilege to work with nearly every Movado Greens homeowner, and we can honestly say the community has some of the most genuine neighbors you could hope to meet.
Currently, there are only 11 homes remaining in all of Movado Greens: all two-story homes with prices starting at $424,900. At this time, one is complete with ten others at various stages. Looking at construction schedules and market conditions, we anticipate our final phase to wrap up sometime this summer.
