It will likely take you less than two minutes to read this post – yet this quick guide will help you make the most of your experience now and in future visits to www.movadogreens.com (especially when you want to dig a little deeper to know which homes are on the horizon).
The Movado logo visible in the upper left corner of every page is Home. This home page includes a Google map for proximity reference. Also within this page, there is a space to sign up to receive text messages announcing new home releases in Movado Greens, Verado, and Edington on MLS. Below is a summary of the navigation bar, starting from left to right:
Lifestyle drop-down menu:
Overview: Narrative of the neighborhood and surrounding area and schools.
Videos: Where we house all of our Movado Greens videos.
CCR’s: Downloadable links to the CCRs.
Plat drop-down menu: Be sure to select Phase 7. This interactive map shows the locations of homes, both available and those under construction. The most used colors within the Key read as follows:
When you hover over each individual lot, a summary of the model will pop up. When you click on the lot, a new dialog box will provide more details including a written description of the interior finish packages and which Elevation is specified. If available, you will also see the expected completion date and MLS upload date, and if the home can be accessed by an MLS lockbox. Pricing is only provided for homes uploaded on MLS. This dialog box also includes a link to a form for inquiries.

Floor Plans drop-down menu:
Each model home has a respective page highlighting the Matterport tour, floor plan, and still photos. The olive green “button” in the upper right corner provides a link to a downloadable pdf flyer of the floor plan with room dimensions.
Available Homes: When homes are on MLS and available to purchase, this page provides a brief summary of each listing.
Movado Master Plan: A broader view of the overall Movado plat.
Blog: Where we house Movado Green’s posts, starting with the most current one.
