Looking for a new home in the Meridian area below $500k is not an easy task. With MLS reporting that the Ada County Median Price for new construction homes is now just below $550k, buyers may find themselves in a bit of a quandary. The good news – or really great news! – is that Blackrock Homes has a complete series of homes where the highest price tops out at $495,000, in our neighborhood.

Blackrock’s Urban Series group of homes was first introduced over five years ago, and their trajectory in our local market has been spectacular!
