Happy New Year! For many of us, it feels good to say farewell to 2020, and we’re excited to see how year 2021 is lining up. Blackrock Homes’ Urban Series has continually gained momentum in the last twelve months with an unexpected number of homebuyers very familiar with the models and interior finish packages. We finished the year with 41 sold homes in Movado Greens.
The second phase of Movado Greens is heading into the home stretch with four single-level attached homes and three two-story homes along E. Blueberry Street being released in intervals through the end of January, followed by 10 two-story homes along S. Hills Avenue. As the Boise market continues to outpace projections, we anticipate a lot of interest in these last homes of phase 2; you can follow our progress on our interactive plat map.
The final phase of Movado Greens is well under construction along the east side of Movado Way with the first plat consisting of 63 homesites. We anticipate the first homes to break ground in late January. There will be one remaining plat to record later in the year and is expected to have approximately 30 homesites.
