A new business practice for model home releases in Movado Greens

UPDATED 06.30.2021: If you’ve dipped your toes in the Boise real estate market in the last several months, you know that there is a lot of activity. Many builders are trying to reign in land and construction costs, while negotiating to have their materials delivered on schedule. The onset of the COVID-era has added its own complexities to a market already straining to keep up. 
 
Blackrock Homes has a long-standing reputation of delivering beautiful homes at competitive prices, on time. In an effort to improve efficiencies, and to give a courtesy notice to buyers who have expressed interest and are able to wait for availability, we are introducing a new approach.
 
A list of upcoming models is accessible to interested parties. This list includes completion and availability dates. Pricing will be determined approximately three days before the Availability date to accept contracts. Buyers are encouraged to notify their agent to coordinate paperwork with Will, the primary listing agent, in preparation for submitting an offer at this time. Blackrock Homes does not accept lot reservations, deposits or advance contracts.
 
The listing paperwork will be uploaded on MLS on the Availability date.
